Breakfast: protein shake, candy cane
Snack: bagel with butter
Lunch: apples with peanut butter, kiwi
Snack: 2 homemade chocolate cookies
Dinner: Creamy Bacon Carbonara, and I added broccoli to it……omg it smells like heaven, I’m so excited to eat it!!
After dinner I’m going to do my workout, which will be the 3rd day of the 30DS.
ahhh, end of day 2 of my journey. I just got home from a 3 hour cheer practice, and now I’m eating tacos (not healthy uggghhh, but so good) and drinking an after workout smoothie with banana and yogurt and peanut butter, and a touch of cinnamon. I can’t decide if I like it or not, it’s kinda overwhelming in my mouth ahahah
